No. $40/month covers unlimited students, classes, teachers, and parents. You can run a 15-student studio or a 500-student studio on the same plan.
Stripe charges standard processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 in the US) on payments parents make. Studio Wand does not add a markup. You can configure whether your studio absorbs the fee or passes it to the parent at checkout.
Yes — $400/year, which works out to two months free compared to month-to-month. Both plans include everything.
Yes. You can sign up free, no credit card required, and explore the full product with sample data or your own. Billing only starts when you activate tuition collection.
Yes. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled from your settings. Annual plans can also be cancelled, but they are not pro-rated — your access continues through the end of the paid term.
Yes. Events and recitals are included — create an event, set capacity, accept registrations, and sell tickets. No third-party plugin or add-on needed.
